Our training model is a structured cycle of continuous improvement based on four fundamental stages: 

1. Needs Assessment (NAA): We continuously compare job profiles with the actual skills of the staff, detecting gaps through assessments, audits and technological changes. 

2. Implementation and Registration: We provide internal and external training with certified instructors, maintaining strict control of attendance and participation.

3. Effectiveness Evaluation: Between 30 and 90 days after the training is completed, area managers evaluate whether the knowledge is correctly applied in the field of work, ensuring a real impact on error reduction. 

4. Commitment to traceability: Each employee has an Individual File and an updated Competency Matrix that supports their technical qualification to operate with complete safety and efficiency.
